Chicken Satay on Skewers
Ingredients
4 tbsp Yeo's Satay Sauce
2tbsp Yeo's Light Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Coconut milk
2 tbsp Honey
180g Scallan's Chicken Fillets, Cubed,
80g Onion, Cubed
80g Mango, Cubed
80g Cucumber, Cubed
Method
Marinade the chicken with light soy sauce for 1 hour, skew the chicken pieces onto skewer, grilled until cooked
Mix all seasonings and heat up to serve as a dipping sauce
